Glimpses/Weird Ideas

I do not claim all of this to be unconditionally true, but it reflects what I deem worthy of being shared and discussed...

Regarding Development:
The best way to become skilled at anything is to impress your harshest critic: yourself.

By wanting to be I am. By not being I realize that I only want.

Nothing can be found in a place that is already known.

Answers lead you nowhere if they do not contain another question.

Answers are useless to those who do not carry the question.

The best teacher is a student of questions.

Questions:
The stronger we are the less we have to fear?

If you are in favor of something are you necessarily opposed to the opposite?

Reality is big. It is all around us. It is constantly moving. Why is nobody ever hit by it?

People say death is bad. They fear it. Yet they treat it with utmost respect. Why?

Friends:
A friend is someone who is not afraid to love you.

Fear, jealousy and desire can exist along with love, but they are not part of it.

Rant:
I will not trade
My curiosity for security
My despair for hate
My joy for satisfaction
Or my desires for greed,
For of those I already have plenty.

Regarding Religion:
The Bible says: The Lord is my shepherd. It does not say: We should all act like sheep.
